What is a private message? |
A private message is a message sent to the seller of a product or service posted in the ad without the need for him to disclose his email address. The seller will receive the message in his inbox and the message can only be seen by the seller and no one else. |

How do I send private messages to other users? |
| When you are viewing an ad, click on the ‘Send private message to seller’ link under the full name of the seller in the Seller Profile. |

Why can’t I send private messages? |
| Private messaging may have been suspended because you had violated certain guidelines. You will receive an email from us stating the reason of suspension. |

How do I read my private messages? |
| Your private messages are sent to Messages in My ST701.

How do I get notified about new private messages? |
| Once you login to ST701, there will be a notification on the top right hand corner of the main page of each vertical informing you of your new messages in “Messages”.

Can I get informed of new published ads pertaining to the product/service I’m interested in? |
| Yes. You can set alerts under Email Alerts in My ST701. Pre-set the fields according to the product or service and save it. Emails informing you of new published ads that include the pre-set fields will be sent to Messages.

I received an email notification that I have a private message but I can’t view it. Why is this so? |
| Your inbox may be full. We have a capacity of 50 messages so you need to delete some of your messages in order to receive new ones.

Can anyone who send to or receive private messages from me view my email address? |
| No, both the private messages and email address are not visible to the public. Only the Username can be seen.
