How can I register? Is registration free?

Yes, registration is FREE. Just click on the REGISTER tab on the home page or click “New User?” on the right hand corner of each main vertical page and you’re good to go. Still uncertain? Read the step-by-step guide.

Why do I need to register before posting an ad?

Simple. ST701 comes up with new features and upgrades every once in a while and we would like to share them with you! Your particulars, especially your email address are important communication venues for us to reach you.

I’ve successfully registered and entered a valid email address however I did not receive the validation email. Why is this so and what should I do?

This is probably because your email provider has classified the validation email as spam. Send an email to us at st701advertise@sph.com.sg and we will activate the account on your behalf.

How do I change my password?

Login with your username and old password and you can change your password under My ST701 – My Profile.

I’ve forgotten my password. Help?

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password?” under Password Help at the login page. Enter your Username and the email address you have registered with us and an email containing your password will be sent to you.

How do I subscribe/ unsubscribe from the ST701 newsletter?

Once you sign up as a ST701 member, you will be given the option to subscribe to our newsletter.

To unsubscribe from our newsletter, click on the “unsubscribe” link right at the bottom of your email. This will lead you to a page where you are given a choice of receiving either job alerts or newsletter or neither of the two.

I’ve changed my email address, how can I update it in my account?

After signing in, go to My ST701 and then My Profile. Click on “Update my account” and you can proceed to replace your existing email address with the new email address.
